The Post War League started with the 1946 season. We will soon be entering the 1984season, our 39th season. This is a very stable 16 team league. 7 owners have been in the league for all 38 seasons and 2 other owners were in the league for 34 seasons but dropped at the time of the transition from WIS to SportsHub

This is a 16 team league and since there were 26 major league teams in 1984 there is no shortage of players. The DH was adopted for both leagues starting in 1973.

Interested owners will be given immediate access to the league private forum, which contains complete league rules.

The team available is the Baltimore Orioles, who were 89-73 in 1983, missing a wild card spot in the playoffs by 5 games. The Orioles will have the 11th draft pick in the 1984 draft. I posted a keeper list for the Orioles, which is posted immediately below. We will be starting the 1984 draft tomorrow. If we have not found a new owner for the Orioles, I will draft for the Orioles until a new owner is found and if necessary will enter the team myself for 1984. If a new owner is found before the Orioles draft pick (#11) is made, I will permit the new owner to make changes to the keeper list before the draft pick is made.
