Ever noticed trades pending league review stop showing up under the trade list for just the trading parties on Rule 5 day?

It looks like this is either (a) a glitch; or (b) something that happens when a trade is proposed that would complete on Rule 5 Day (but won't, since trades due to complete on Rule 5 day get pushed out 24 hours). Would love for someone else to confirm this.

If I have a trade pending on rule 5 days I can see it. As mention it gets pushed a day but I can still see trades I'm involved in. Maybe a glitch.

Does this always happen for you? On the other hand I could be completely wrong but I'm pretty sure I see my trades.
