Chase. I'm not sure Breen will develop into a big leaguer. Chase still has a little development left and is already a serviceable player. Neither will be studs, but Chase will be better.

Yeah, Chase. An additional factor is that some owners get real horny for good DiTRs; they seem to think there's something extra, that they'll keep developing longer etc. So Chase will at least retain trade value later in his career, while Breen will be seen as a failed prospect.
