I've been wondering if anybody knows: If you recruit in Session 1 as a B- prestige and you get elevated to B prestige at the end of the year, does your recruiting effort for the first session receive a boost because of the increased prestige?

I don't believe so, I think it affects future effort, however. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Not on effort already spent, no. There’s some disagreement about whether 2nd session effort gets the new prestige bump, or is tethered to the old. It’s supposed to be the new, from what I recall of beta. There are some folks convinced that’s not how it’s actually working out, though.

I know the "wants success" preference won't update for RS2. For example, if you have a neutral rating in that preference and then win a championship, the preference will still be neutral in RS2.

Not sure about a prestige bump affecting new recruiting efforts in RS2 though.
