... especially if you're in a prog or theme league. I missed about a week's worth of sitemails and held up a prog draft because notifications for sitemails aren't showing up.

According to Admin:

"There is a known issue where there aren't notifications when a league commissioner sitemails the league."

Yup; there's no notification icon, and the league-wide sitemails do not get forwarded to my email.

For sitemails sent the normal way, everything works the way it should.
