Is there a way to see if a GM has set his team to have the AI manage his roster? Or any other decisions?

Any transactions made by the AI are in red on the transaction report.

World >> Standings >> League Standings

Click on a team name.

If the team is under AI control, there will be a robot icon to the right of the Copy To Clipboard icon.
