I have a prospect with a patience rating of 1... should I be promoting him through my system faster than normal or will a normal development path be fine?

I have a guy with 0 Patience. So far his development has seemed normal, but there was one notable blip. He was an IFA, I signed him just before the playoffs, but the team got knocked out in the first round. I wanted him to get at least a few more playoff games in, so I demoted him from AA to the HiA team that was still playing... and he lost two points off everything. Got 'em back eventually, but still, no other player I've ever had has done that.

So don't do that.
