Potential Scale Topic

Is anyone willing to share a scale/grid that shows the range of potential. I've been away for quite a few years and I can't seem to find my files, so I'm starting over from scratch.

Looking for something like this:
Very Low: < 4
Low: 4 - 7
Average: 7 - 15
High: 15 - 25
Very High: > 25

Also, if anyone is interested in teaching an old dog new tricks, I'm all ears.

You are close:

Very Low: < 4
Low: 4-7
Average: 8-19
High: 20-27
Very High: 28+

Almost but it is:

Very Low (Red): 0 to 3
Low (Orange) 3 to 7
Average (Black) 7 to 21
High (Blue) 21 to 28
Very High (Green) 28+

You will notice that you will never see recruits generated with values outside the allowed ranges (ex. VH recruits with a maximum of 72, High recruits with a max of 79, etc.). Players will change over at boundaries due to rounding (i.e. sometime you will see a 79 as High then the next day as Avg but still be 79).

With the exception of WE, which always shows as black (average).

Thanks everyone! I had a helluva guess for being away for 7 or 8 years. Either I've got a good memory or I spent way too much time invested in this game (likely the latter).

Just to be sure... WE only moves based on PT/Starts and it doesn't have potential, correct?

Correct, WE has no potential associated with it and will only increase with actual PT/starts.

Isn't black 7-20 and blue 20-27 and green 27+? I'm pretty confident about the 20 rather than 21 part, but not as confident about 27 vs. 28.
