Other than a loss in WE, is there a risk in not delivering on starts or minutes to a transfer senior? I imagine, as a senior, they won't transfer again. I need to fill a final roster spot, see a senior who could contribute which would be better than a walk on but have several other teams interested. Thought start/minutes would make the difference without impacting my reputation.

I'm pretty sure it will effect his WE. My question has always been how many times do I have to start him to keep him happy. Can I start him every other game?Or is there a set amount he has to start?

I believe the start rule is 75% of the games. I don’t doubt if I make and don’t deliver on a promise it will impact WE. The question is whether it will impact my team’s reputation if it’s a senior transfer.

If you are happy with where his ratings are now, i would offer the start and 25 minutes. And not honor any of it that i didn't want to. He will graduate next season regardless. And his WE will drop, but it doesn't matter if you're ok with his status to begin with.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't affect your loyalty or rep. And even if it does, unless you are a coach that always breaks promises with other recruits, 1 player isn't going to hurt you

i agree that one broken promise wont hurt you but i have always been curious whether it result in a reputation hit for a broken promise on a graduating senior
