Are they usable just as a 100 energy pitcher would be? As a long releiver for 2-3 innings?

Like they're tired. I pitched him 2.2 yesterday and want to use him tomorrow.

Oh, so the fatigue factor (listed as either a green, blue or red number on the Pitching Staff page)? If so, as long as the number is green he should be OK to go.
