I know it's been posted somewhere, just do not know where. How do you tell what percentage you are ahead or behind another team in recruiting. I am recruiting right now and Very High on two recruits and thinking of hitting up a third, just want to know if I have a good enough advantage so it wouldn't put me behind if I put some attention points on another recruit.
Thanks in advance
You won’t see percentage until after the recruit decides, and only then if you were in signing range (high or very high). A team needs to be within about 60% of the effort credit of the leader to be at the very low end of high vs a very high team. At that low end, the final odds would be ~ 80-20, the longest odds I’ve personally witnessed. High teams can be anywhere from 20 to 40% odds in two team battles.
Being ahead is not the end of the battle, of course. Recruits can sign with any team listed at high or above. Being ahead just means your odds are better. So you need to decide if going after that 3rd recruit is worth possibly putting the other guys in play.
