I think that new coaches should be able to recruit in the second session. I am sure that most who try the game and get a terrible team will give up after going 2-24 their first season. This is a big problem in new coach retention.

ONE recruiting session. Solves a lot of issues that never needed to be created in the 1st place.

Definitely agree with the idea of letting new coaches recruit during the second session. It wasn't that fun the first season, as my team was all SIM players and I couldn't really do anything to alter my roster.

If I’m not mistaken, you can recruit in RS2 if you’ve previously played in that world.
