Yes. And when you start signing guys, it goes down proportionally, so you never get full value for your open scholarships.

For some reason I had the idea that once someone signed in the second session I'd get my additional money.

I'm thinking that's only of you had 6, then signed a player, then cut a sim signed player and had 6 openings again. That's when it works that way
