I have this guy:
ATH:93
SPD: 80
LP: 55
PER:65
BH:95
motion offense, A IQ
He mostly plays the 3 but he gets some minutes at the 2. As of right now, i don't think he will start. I have a pretty solid D1 team that makes the NT consistently, wins a game or two most years but isn't in any real danger of accidentally winning a NT.
Do you think this guys can score a few points per game? As a reserve would you feel comfortable having this guy having the third highest distro coming off the bench? Second?
Thanks in advance, guys like this I would normally not give any distro but I think I am underusing him.
Caveat - i have zero championships... but i did make a National Final with the guy listed down below at SG.
I've always thought that great BH and great ATH-SPD, with minus-2 shot selection, works as an excellent "slashing to the hoop offense". And LP and PER can be just mediocre in the 50's range.
For example, this guy Edinger had an "A" free throw rating, so i would just try to sent him to the hoop to get fouled at a minimum. As a starting Senior, his FG% was 49% and he averaged 16.9 points. I run a Triangle, but i thought Motion was the actually considered the best for "slashing".

This other guy Jackson shot no threes either, but went 52% from the floor as a Senior, and drew a ton of fouls (though his LP was better, at 74... his ATH-SPD was 100-80):

I've always wondered about my slashing idea, but never really found an definite answer other than it's worked for me.
