Three or four more seasons is a safe bet. More than that, focus on getting to NTs. Get planted at a school and get them to three NTs, then DI jobs will come. But like beach was alluding to, learn to recruit your own guys. My advice is to stop standing on the shoulders of other coaches. If you don't learn to do it yourself, you won't enjoy DI.

3 different DII teams in 4 seasons. What AD would ever trust you right now?

I was away from HD for a long time and it has taken me 6 months to start to get a handle on recruit potential.

When you finally do get to DI, you're going to go to a school you will have to build up most likely. The sharks in DI will dominate you if you don't learn how to construct your own team.
