When do you use tandem slot

When ever you want? I use it for almost all my teams all the time but that does not mean others do.

How does it work

Go to the edit pitching staff screen and click the little yellow ? on the top right. What specific questions do you have?

Tandem A will pitch until they reach their pitch count or are pulled and then Tandem B will come in and pitch until their pitch count or are pulled.

Its good for guys who are really good but have mid level stamina or low level durability or it can be great to get a favorable match up for your pitchers in big games.

Example: Tandem Pitcher A is left handed and is really good against lefties. Tandem Pitcher B is right handed and really good against righties. You have tandem pitcher A pitch first to get your opponent to use their VSL lineup, then pull the switcheroo and have your Tandem B in a favorable match up.
