Fielding Ratings in Draft Topic

I was unable to find information on this so I will ask here. When drafting players, if I want to draft for Fielding/Range/Arm, how do I set the parameters? You can't use letters like say B+ to A. So if we use numbers, what are the ranges?

I hope my question isn't redundent. Thanks in advance.
