My world is in the middle of the WS, we just finished game 3. This is the point of the season I generally do all my promotions for any player that has a shot (true prospects, diamonds, IFAs). Generally I get some pretty nice promotion bumps, however, this season I got 0. I literally promoted 20 players and not one player improved in ANYTHING, although each card says "promotion".

Anyone else seen this recently?

I have not seen this recently, but the first thing that comes to mind is that maybe the players that were promoted already received that fifth development bump and if none of them played in any games since their last development bump, the promotion will not net any development.

This would actually make perfect sense as this is the first time I can remember where I didn't have a minor league playoff series at any level.

I have two Worlds that were only a day apart. In the first World, I made the low A playoffs as the Number 1 seed, but got bumped in the first round of Divisional in four games. The DITR that I had in this World (LowA of this World) got a very small bump at promotion time. I assume it is due to the small amount of games that he played since his last development cycle. In the second World, I made it to game 7 of the ALCS in the High A playoffs. At promotion time, my DITR received a nice bump. Not the best i have seen, but much better than the guy above (Rodriguez). Player Profile: Phillip Walker - Hardball Dynasty Baseball | WhatIfSports

Usually, the younger guy gets the bigger bumps. Since Rodriguez was not only younger, but in his first year as a pro, you would think he would get the bigger bump. However, since he played in less games, he got a smaller bump despite being in his first year.
