Agreed.
I have two Worlds that were only a day apart. In the first World, I made the low A playoffs as the Number 1 seed, but got bumped in the first round of Divisional in four games. The DITR that I had in this World (LowA of this World) got a very small bump at promotion time. I assume it is due to the small amount of games that he played since his last development cycle.

In the second World, I made it to game 7 of the ALCS in the High A playoffs. At promotion time, my DITR received a nice bump. Not the best i have seen, but much better than the guy above (Rodriguez).

Usually, the younger guy gets the bigger bumps. Since Rodriguez was not only younger, but in his first year as a pro, you would think he would get the bigger bump. However, since he played in less games, he got a smaller bump despite being in his first year.
