Max Rating Add-in Topic

I have spent the last hour looking for the max rating add-in tool for recruiting. I had it at one point and then lost it due to computer issues and upgrades. Can anyone tell me where to find it again or if it is gone for good. Thanks

On Chrome it's WIS Plus- go to settings, extensions, type WIS plus in the search bar.

It's a very nice tool.
