Largest Off-Season Improvement You've Seen Topic

So I was just looking over my player improvement for my Virginia Wesleyan team in Rupp 5 games into the season, and noted how my starting JR SF is now up to 727 total, and I was trying to remember if he had hit the 700 mark before the end of the last season, so when I looked at his ratings history I see that he ended the previous season rated 689 and began the current one at 721...an off-season improvement of 39 points!!! I follow player improvement very closely during the season and several times I've seen off-season gains of 15-20 points but never anything close to this. His WE is 82 which I'm sure has a lot to do with it, but I've had plenty of high potential guys with 90+ WE not approach this number. So after all this I'm curious to see if anyone else pays attention to the off-season improvements and what have been the largest gains you all have seen.

That is impressive.

39 is a lot. I have seen 20-30 pretty frequently.

I got 41 out of John Pierce on my Georgetown team. I can’t paste the link right now.

Uhh... from 689 to 721 is 32 points... which is still really good, just not quite 39 ;)

That's correct, that's my bad! LOL I was actually looking at his total improvement since he has come up 7 points since the start of this season, so I goofed the math up. My apologies there, but still the 32 is the highest of any player that I've coached and I've a couple of my DIII guys hit the 800+ mark.
