Never works when I try to get a kid to transfer

A junior. Twice complained in messages. Averaged 4.5 mins......actually, less cause he didnt play in all games....

Wanted him to go, but he didnt. This particular guy has a total rating of 666 - coincidence??

Wish there was a dropdown menu of ways to encourage a guy to quit the team

- inform player his playing time will decrease next season
- require player to do team laundry
- date player's girlfriend
- date player's mom

....?

Good idea. WIS is too harsh on cutting players. This is a case where real life realism should be granted. In real life, you and a player can mutually agree to part ways.
