The Victory League, which began with the 1946 season is seeking one owner to take over our Pittsburgh franchise as we begin our 1949 draft. The Victory League is pretty much a straight 16 team progressive that adds a pool of supplemental players to increase available PA and IP.
We are set to begin our '49 draft this week, so it would be a quick start if you choose to take the team. Pittsburgh has the #11 pick, the keeper list I posted is below. If you want to take this team before the draft starts, you can adjust it how you see fit. Once the draft goes on the clock, I will be drafting for them and we leave the keepers/cuts as is.
