If I'm assuming

I wouldn't touch him. Maybe as a Mopup if he was on his entry level contract.

I find I can get away with a VsR and a VsL in the 60's if the pitcher has good pitches but with both under 60 and with VsR, which tends to be the big one under 40 he is going to be in a lot of trouble.

My best comparable is Thomas Caballero.

I got him as an International signing and figured that since he was lights out at everything else it would make up for his VsL and VsR. He was kinda sort of serviceable for a couple of years, but like with everyhing he was streaky. Buyer beware.

I hate to say never, but to me, pitchers who have everything going for them but poor splits are the ones who win the AAA Cy Young.

Link the player. but if his vr is that low then he can be a sp in aa yes.

He is awful, and won't win many games especially with his righty splits

If he is 37 vr then yes possibly aaa at best. Id never use a guy below 55 splits. And even then his other ratings would need to be stellar and this guys are not stellar.

These are those streaky guys. 3.8 one year 6.2 the next. Maybe. I've had 49-45 guys pitch well at times. If you have nothing else maybe you have no choice.
