We are hoping a good coach will join the MEAC in Tark. We have Morris Brown open, and that team is going to be quite good next year. They are a C+ prestige, They return their entire team, and had a 685 overall rating this year, so they should be a team that can make the NT and do some damage there, and the prestige should rise.

The conference has been full for two straight years, and the conference was #6 last year and #7 this year in Conference RPI.

Our goal is to build the MEAC into a super conference, and the project is developing nicely. Many of the coaches have been here two to three years, so the teams are getting better and better each year. This year we sent two teams to the NT with a 3rd team just missing it. Next year it looks like we will be able to get more in. My Delaware State team won the NT last year, and was able to maintain the A prestige after this year.

It is a great group of coaches and a very competitive conference now. We also have a really cool forum in the Tark forums which tracks the conference, and where individual teams post team summaries each year, which adds a new level of fun to the conference.

For conference talent: We're well on our way to becoming a top-tier conference. We fell just shy of a top-6 RPI spot after making it last season. Chapel won a NC last season, him and I both went to the second round this year while the coach at FA&M made a nice PI run. Many teams in conference are losing 0-1 players so next season will be particularly interesting - especially with many coaches finally having a roster that they fully recruited.

For Morris Brown: I tried convincing the previous coach to stay, but he wanted to go to his state's school. He is leaving behind a talented team. It felt like his last two recruiting cycles were his best, plus his upcoming seniors are pretty good as well.

For the fun: We do (optional) offseason reviews of our teams. The conference chat is constantly going. Good vibes at all times. It's the most fun I've had on a team in quite some time.

also, the big 6 conferences are responsible for coronavirus, so its totally time to leave them for the greener pastures of the MEAC. the MEAC is only responsible for foreign accent syndrome, in which the afflicted one day start talking in a foreign accent (often after head trama, but not always, which is kind of awesome). between that and coronavirus, it should be an easy one.
