I forget this every spring...what are the minimum innings pitched and/or plate appearances I should shoot for to get the Spring Training bump in prospect ratings?

I'm not sure there is a minimum. I would assume that the more they play, the larger bump they will get. Even prospects who aren't on the ST roster get some kind of bump.

Get the prospects in every game even if they only play three innings or pitch five pitches.
