I’m in a world where the maniac commissioner doesnt enforce his win rules... he has another rule in which you’re not allowed to talk about stuff he doesn’t approve of.... I commented about changing the rules, because if you’re not going to enforce them you should get rid of them.... this clown was able to get WIS to shut off my world chat privileges, and doesn’t address the issue of not enforcing his own rules...

I’ve had this weirdo blocked on trade chats for a few seasons now.. He sent a bunch weird sitemails to me so I reached out to WIS asking them to review the situation.... their response was:

I don't see any issue with the discussion in the chat, although he seemed to overreact to it. I've asked him to clarify the minimum win rules going forward. Hopefully he will do that and everyone can move on.

Why are you arguing about min wins 60 games the the season? Do I think the commission was a little short fused....probable but I'm guessing this isn't the first time you and him have disagreed on something. That team has lost 100 games in 13 of 39 seasons. The current owner is probably not the problem. You even say its "easy to win". We modified our MWL to limit what the team can do the following year in International spending. It doesn't prevent tanking but at least it makes you feel better about it. It's getting too hard to find owners to take over teams.

Will, I did not see anything that you said that was ban worthy. in my opinion, it's probably time for you to graciously cut ties.

I’m not arguing for him to enforce them, my suggestion is if ur not going to enforce them remove them...

my main issue is, if/when u even question the rules he contacts WIS and attempts to get you banned..

WIS is run by a baby that would rather just ban people than try to handle a problem. I caught a commish of a sim basketball league running two teams (2nd under a different username) and they kicked me out. True story. Sable might be a great programmer, but he's a terrible customer service guy.
