Anyone else having trouble accessing the submit a request page? I keep getting the leaguesafe commish help page when I try

I use Safari browser and get the same issue. But when I switch to Chrome I get the page I need. Give it a try.

I was in the same boat as you shobob, sometimes I could get in to my open ticket and sometimes it forced me to leaguesafe. I opened a leaguesafe ticket to complain about it and they told me they were helping seble with tickets.

Works fine but you have to open a new ticket with them to at least point them to your original ticket (at least that's what I did).
