Would you call this player a great DI player (can be the 5th best player on the #1 team in the country with A- IQ) or an elite/special/insane/dominant DI player (can be a primary scoring option and one of the best players on a #1 team in the country with A- IQ)? Or maybe somewhere in between.

I'm really split... I've had a guy with similar ratings except 82 bh/ 80 passing totally lead me to a 34-1 title averaging 21/5/4 on 47% 3 point shooting and 63% 2 point shooting with only 1 other elite player on the roster.... on the other hand, isn't the BH just a little low to be a totally special player? I'm really split. My ratings system thinks the later.

Depends on the player and how you’re using him, I think. I have a guy a lot like that (some differences in both cases) at both Kansas and Oregon right now. They’re both leading scorers, for teams I expect to be F4 caliber. So maybe in between, but I think trending more towards the latter.

I’m not terribly concerned about the BH. In fact, it could be a positive, keeping him on your roster longer, as opposed to a guy with 90, who is probably a lock to be on the big board as a soph.

Thanks shoe. I've never had a 2 with that low bh be a star at high DI, but obviously the other ratings appear to make up for it.

the guy is amazing. also, for this many words to be spoke about whether hes great or elite, without stamina being mentioned? its a travesty. stamina remains one of the most poorly appreciated ratings in this game, and clearly puts him in the elite bucket. even though his 3pt scoring isn't elite - as a pg - you don't even need to be a scorer (imo) to be elite - but hes got so much going for him offensively, i personally classify him as an elite scorer and therefore a triple threat pg (off, def, pg-ness) with reb and elite sta, which roughly makes him the most useful player in the history of this game (in a fairly many-way tie).

100 Stamina is so so so valuable to have for your best players. Can 71 BH be at the point? I was actually considering slotting this guy at the 3.

he can play point but if you have a better bh/pass by all means... 3 feels far-right for him but hes fantastic there too so i mean, you can't really go wrong. i think when i was mentioning pg, i was just getting at like, the bh hits him 2 ways - per scoring and pg - and personally, if you ignore his scoring, i still think hes a *really* good pg. not to say the bh doesnt matter - i'd his 65 lp and 40 reb down to 1, to get another 15-20 bh. i think if you made that trade on his ratings - most folks would say hes worse - but the 'hes totally elite case' is even more obvious then. so i think... hes elite about no matter how you skin this one!

playing him at the 3 should help offset the missing bh for sure i just worry you'd be wasting his passing. and if its a crappier team (not sure what you are working with, you mentioned studs who can carry a whole team) who plays press, then his defense, to an extent.

Same class I have a 100 ath/de/sp/bh 75 lp 90 PA 100 Sta PG....So I could get this guy 10-12 minutes at the 1 if I wanted to. The question is do I want to use all of his minutes at the 2 instead?

Yes, I'd consider him elite despite the BH. I just had a guy end his SO season with very similar ratings except his SP & LP were higher and swap BH/PS. So he looked like this:

I colored them to show that he still had a little improving to go too before going #3 in the draft. Best player I've ever recruited. Drove us to the F4, but also had two other high-end players on the team. His biggest downside other than the passing was a C FT, but high stamina and ath makes everything better. But I'd consider him elite too.
