I play in Cincinnati in both leagues and love it. For hitters, I value power over all, eye a little more than I usually and then splits. Pitching I try and go gb strong as mentioned above.
I also put a big emphasis on fielding, especially my infielders. This does a couple things:
- Works well with your ground ball pitchers
- Shortens the game, which gives your opponents less chances to to hit home runs, and also helps out your pitchers.
