When you redshirt a senior - lets say around the time of the conference tournament if you have managed to keep him out of all games - do you lose unspent recruiting $$ for his slot?

No you lose the recruit and work ethic in replace for cash loss no such thing and we have yet to remarble it.

Nope! If you do at least one scouting action before you redshirt a senior you get the cash.
