I voted for the third option, but for transparency, I did it during 2.0 and never had 2 accounts in the same world at the same division at the same time.

This is technically an additional account, but used the free code to come back after 5+ years or so. Maybe last coached in 2014 fwiw.

I came back to WIS and HD due to the loss of sports due to the pandemic. I used my old account and even though I had been gone for 6 or 7 years I didn't get a free team. WIS would be wise to reach out to user accounts that were active but have been inactive for a long time right now and offer discounts on teams or free teams right now.

i totally agree. welcome back! i think if a few people such as yourself reached out and shared your story that seble would consider it. its not like it costs them anything!

I'm pretty sure they did this when 3.0 rolled out. I agree it's a good idea.

This is the exact same thing I did at the start of April. I had no idea there was a free HD offer. I just finished a season in Smith. I do get emails sometimes from HD, but I think it's because I clicked something that tells me when the new world rolls over in Naismith that coach sign-ups are open (one of the worlds I played in before)
