This guy has been fairly effective at 51 control with pretty good splits and a high P1. His WHIP for his career is 1.5 with an ERA of 4.13 over 435 innings. This is about as low as I would want this guys control to be.

Lol 1.5 whip is not good. Im upset if my pitchers are above 1.35 in a hitters park.

I didn't say he was an all star. I said he was fairly effective. I agree a WHIP of 1.5 isn't ideal but in a set up B role or long relief role.....he can be useful and has a place. Everyone would like to have all their pitchers with less than a 1.35 WHIP but that ain't gonna happen all the time.
