Depends what you need... if you need the guy this year, probably A. If you envision a shooting problem coming up soon it sounds like A could be the right choice, too. Honestly, it's almost always A, but if you think you can keep B for 4 years and you want that for class balancing, they're close enough for that to be a factor. And price, of course. If A is a 4 or 5 star guy you think everyone's going to be after it's certainly possible you'd be better off "settling" for B and allocating those resources elsewhere.
