... that page that showed the top 25 (or was it 50) current teams by record? I swear there was a link somewhere before the design change, but I can't find it anywhere.

It’s there. Right above your list of teams there is a drop down menu (“More”) and it’s one of the options there

Which option is it in? I swear I searched all of them.

I don't just want the historical bests. I was looking for that one that shows right now the best active teams. You know which one I mean?
