It’s the last RS2 session in Tark. If I have enough AP to apply that unlock a scholarship offer, can I offer it in any way, or are those AP pointless?

I think the offer scholarship option opens up for every recruit at a certain point even if you haven't contacted them yet.

This is only true for recruits at or below your division. So all recruits are open for D1 teams now; only D3 recruits are open for D3 teams. Everyone in higher divisions still has to be unlocked with AP. A coach would have to already have them unlocked now, and be able to offer a scholarship, because this is the last cycle. He won’t be able to offer any scholarships after this cycle runs.

That doesn’t mean they’re *entirely* useless, because it could give you some credit toward next year, if he goes unsigned and heads Juco. But practically, yes, it is useless to spend AP on a guy in this last cycle, if you’re not yet able to offer a scholarship.

That's what I thought. Kinda seems weird that I can offer a scholarship at the last minute to some guys I haven't contact, but can't to guys I've put at least some effort (10-20 points) into.
