I hear you. I respect your opinions pretty much in all areas of the game. But if we treated everything with "well, it's good enough" then we'd have very little innovation in all aspects of our life. I don't disagree with you that this is lower than a lot of other stuff that WIS could be working on. But all those other things that devs could be working on are directly impacted by how much money WIS brings in. Any options to make that easier seem like a no brainer. After all, these are features that 95% of all web services already have, and have had for a long time, including mortgage payments which you keep bringing up. At least my mortgage is on autopay.

I get you and others here are quick to blame the coaches that forget to renew. I haven't brought up anything about those coaches, nor have I expressed any opinions on whether they should be able to get their teams back. Those conversations have already been discussed many times on the forums. I'm simply talking about easy improvements to the service itself.

"And if your answer to "it's easy enough" is no, then please let me know what I'm missing here." - his answer is obviously no, and he just did. he wants payments to be easier - a demand from young people everywhere, and one i can get behind.

i'd personally like to see a grace period for longer term accounts, much like i get from just about every other service where an abrupt disconnect causes meaningful pain (and many that don't - i've never had a problem with HD renewals, fyi). i get the personal responsibility argument, but i'd like to counter with - the new school doesn't care about your opinions of what can't be done. easy payments for everyone!

happy 4th!
Happy 4th to you as well!
