they both look like SF to me considering the poor BH/Pass skills in each. Player A might able to back-up well at SG if you have some depth there. Player B might also be able to try SG if you don't have many options but he is quite slow and so bad on Pass, I would avoid it personally.

Player A to me looks like a great back-up SG. I would be very tentative to put him in as a SF considering his barely existing REB and BLK. That said, what I think really holds Player A back is his bad BH. Bringing him in from off the bench would likely maximize his offensive potential while minimizing his turnovers.

Player B would be a player that I would experiment with. I would first try him at PF and have him shoot 3s. His offensive skills are fantastic for D3, but his poor REB and BLK tells me that he could really struggle defensively at the 4. If he's struggling too much and you have great passers around him he could also try SF and see if he can be the main focal point on offense. Otherwise I would make him a sub at both the SF and PF position and focus the offense on him when he's playing.

On the floor at the same time, I have A at SG and B at SF. Both will be hurt a little by low BH at their position, but an excellent distributing (good passing) pg would mask that a bit. I’d prefer these guys in triangle or flex, but the difference in sets isn’t so great to make them unusable or anything. They should both be excellent scorers at D3.

ETA I had BH and passing reversed for B, his BH is fine at SF. Only concern for him offensively there is speed, but not enough to keep him from being a great scoring option.

Both players seem pretty positionless to me... feel best about player A at the 3.
