I have a player in Phelan. Promised start and 20 mins. Has started 14 out of 17 games. I got an email from him furious today that he’s only “started 3 games” and he lost 25 WE and will clearly leave at seasons end.

the support tickets don’t look like they did in the past or perhaps I’m missing something. But can anyone point me in the right direction to get this glitch addressed?

From what I can see, you've played 18 games, so it's 14 out of 18, unless there was maybe an injury (I don't know how those are handled). That's under 80% and I would guess what trigger the email? The content does sound off though.
