I've been on vacation in the sticks several times when trying to complete HV's where each click on a web page has about a 5% chance of actually going through after about 45 seconds of waiting. Then my girlfriend asks why I'm always on my phone instead of socializing with her family and I have to explain to everyone that I have to fake visit the fake home of fake basketball player Herbert Ventura 20 times so that he'll sign with my fake basketball team that I'm the fake coach of before I miss the 4pm deadline.
This is an easy one, WIS.
you should have said 5pm, everyone knows anyone on central time is in fly over country and can be safely ignored :)
on a serious note, i totally agree. this has long been a problem... i mean, they had dropdowns up to 10 for HVs and phone calls, back in the day when doing 100HVs on a single guy wasn't that crazy, and neither was doing 1000+ phone calls. seble thought that was dumb, so he limited phone calls to like, 100 or less or something (you got 0 effort after so many, technically, 50-100 or so). then he cut HVs to 20 in 3.0. but why would you cut HVs to 20 AND take away the dropdown? sort of baffling. especially with how often the WIS internet is sketchy and like you said, you hit send and its like.... what the hell is happening i mean i could drive to WIS from where i am faster than their server responds to my home visit. almost. i actually have no idea where they are or if they still have a cincinnati location (where they were started / i live), but you know, with how slow those HV responses are from time to time, i could probably make it to chicago or wherever.
