How do I increase Level number 1 to Level 4........I returned to WIFS , coming back as a newbie. I am the Coach of Emerson , Crum World. My last season may have been number 77.So, this scouting season is all new to me.
Read that the use of scouting trips is how you get the level to improve. I did a private camp,197 recruits and I had D2 recruits and use FSS.
I don't have a lot of scouting money left . So I am not sure what I can do.

there should be a button on an individual players page that says "Scout Next Level: $xxxx"

The one thing I regret is doing the private camp only because it took half of my scouting money. I will keep reading the forum.Just got to learn the new ways of recruiting.

i would use the asst coach to scout up to level 3 & go from there
