We solved the problem in ULB. At the end of each season, everyone with leftover cash signs every player they can. Be it Int'ls or draft picks. Then they stock their minors with the best of the lot and release the ones that aren't as good. By the time the playoffs start, there isn't an Int'l left to sign. Also, one of the benefits of signing all your draft picks is you improve your chances of getting diamonds in the rough. The more you sign, the more chances you have.
In reference to, 'the more you sign, the more chances you have':
Do you mean to say if I sign more players, I have a higher pool of players under 60 (OVR)?
Or do you mean if I sign more players, I have a better chance of getting more DITRs?
