Shouldn't this guy be playing between 35-38 mpg?

You have something funny going on there.
What are the settings for his backup?

Here is all I can come up with.
He should be playing 34-35 mins per game. (games 2 & 6)

A couple games were against FCP which WILL affect your fatigue. (games 4 & 5)
The other games were blowouts so I assume you have it set to play subs more if the game is out of reach. (games 1 & 3)

Thats all I can think of.

OK, I know small sample size. So I'll see after like 15 games. Thanks

Yep, agree with Mully. FCP + tempo could bring a 100 stamina guy down in minutes to the low 30's - combine that with late game settings if you're winning or losing by a lot, and he may just get benched for that.

Also, not 100% sure on it, but I swear there was an old forum post that talked about how the only way to get players consistently above 35 minutes a game is with target minutes or setting a kid to foul trouble only in fatigue settings. Even a 100 stamina kid with all other things perfect will wind up with 33-34 minutes a game, max, and that's potentially set to very tired. (this may just be a forum myth though or something that was patched when moving from 1.0 to 2.0 or 2.0 to 3.0).

Thanks sol, but I play zone not FCP.

Yep, I meant FCP run by your opponents. Sorry for not being clearer.
