"Potential superstar" IFAs Topic

Has anyone been able to figure out any rhyme or reason to why prospects get this tag in emails (as opposed to e.g. "offensive third baseman," "defensive shortstop," "well-rounded right fielder")? Always frustrating when you get sent a "potential superstar" who will top out as a AA backup.

this was added so that people couldnt skimp on international scouting and rely on the email telling them who was a potential superstar.
