Why is the 1931 Ruth more expensive that the 1930 Ruth? The 31 Ruth has fewer PA, worse OPS# and is a worse fielder than the 30 Ruth, but I think WIS does a good job pricing.

That does seem to be an anomaly - 30 Ruth also has slightly better speed.

31 Ruth does have a significantly higher AVG# of 363 vs AVG#344 for 30 Ruth. Interestingly 31 Ruth appears to have been used more perhaps due to the higher OAV and slightly lower PA.

Saying that it is pretty close with a ~$500 PA difference.
