Are teams not able to redshirt two players in one season? After I redshirted one player, I do not seem to be able to redshirt the other player.

yup. would make it too easy to stack high IQ I guess

Yeah, it's one of the dumbest rules in HD. No reason you shouldn't be able to redshirt as much as you want. There is already a limitation on class size.
