rmarksduke decided not to enter his 2007 team (which is his right).... By rule, the next best Exp Win% team gets in, which happened to be rmarksduek's 1968 team.

I realize footballmm has to be in every division, but the alignment is forcing four other owners to have two teams in the same division. And none of them have to be doubled up like that if we don't insist on the chronological setup.

I think there's an awful lot of good reasons not to have it set up this way, and I'd be in favor of moving teams around to keep those four owners from having two in one division.

OK - I moved a couple of teams around... we can go with this if nobody has any issues. I want to keep as close to chronological as possible
