i wonder if they have any clue how this actually happened in the first place - but with how hard it was for piman to get any response (and man, that oldave CS response thread last week was kinda depressing), i won't hold my breath for any insight.

I did get the team back so huge thanks to Angmar and Customer Service who in the end came through. Still have no idea how it could have happened. Some people sleep walk, may I apply for jobs I don't want in my sleep!? :) Anyway, thanks to everybody who offered support as well. Glad to be part of such a great community.
