i think they changed it in 3.0 so you have a good excuse for not knowing :) pretty sure it was first 2 games only in 2.0, and now its all 4.
but also, someone posted an exchange with seble not that long ago, which suggests another change. it might have been just about exhibitions, but in the old days, who you started for exh and ct was not supposed to impact growth - those games were treated as off days from a growth standpoint (no boost for minutes played). it sounds like seble said that is no longer true, that who you start matters, from a growth perspective. well - i don't think he clearly acknowledged that it was changed. i think it was just like 'this is how it is'. which is less reassuring than 'yeah it definitely changed from X to Y'. but still!
