Can an a+ div 3 school beat a d+ div 1 sim school. I have enough money to give 19 home visits. Would I stand a chance, or should I hold onto my money.

What level are you and the Sim currently being considered? Have you already offered scholarship? Are you in recruiting phase 1 or 2? Etc, etc.

This is all dangerous. But possible. Generally, the earlier you drop the bomb, the easier it is to push the sim down. But if you're a D3, the earlier you do this, the more you're at risk for other D2/D1 humans to come in and sign your player before you can even get in range.

Is this possible? Yes. Do I recommend it? No not really.

To elaborate on Top's response, if you go all-in on a kid like this is also leaves you completely susceptible for other human coaches to come in and snag your guys. If I know you're D3 and I see you constantly battling a D1 sim, I'm going to know you don't have money to protect your other recruits. Just something else to think about. So like Top said...it's doable, but it's not risk-free.
