When I take over a new team (rebuild with sim recruited guys), I'll usually cut everyone who's a FR/SO.

The exception is that I can't take more than 3 walkons the next year.

Also, when you cut them (at the beginning of 2nd recruiting session) you will get a bunch of additional scouting $ and extra recruiting $ to spend. This applies to any player you cut from your roster who is recruited by Sim or recruited by a previous coach.

I was JUST getting ready to ask if this is applicable at the start of the 2nd recruiting period .. thanks for reading my mind :)
